It was reassuring to be involved at every stage of the process and to be shown the problems with the roof at first hand. You gave us confidence in the work and we appreciate the way you took charge of the situation and made sure everyone else delivered on time.

               At our PCC meeting last night, I reported your excellent work on our gutters, which some of them had already seen.

We are very grateful indeed to you. You did a great deal more than you expected to have to do and we are sure you have done a magnificent job. I was delighted that you were able to arrange for scaffolding, which was clearly essential, and you were very generous with it.
